Gum Paste Flowers

 Stargazer Lilly, Maybe one of the hardest gum paste flowers to make. I made this one pick but you can make them all different colors.

My first flower arrangement. A rose, a Brier rose and sweet pees set with ivy leafs.  It was a blast to put together but I still hate floral tape.

Piano

 This is the most yummy piano that I have ever saw. Chocolate cake filled with cherry pie filling.
I make the cake stand, out of  thick board and hot glues 3in cake pillars as the legs. I used dark chocolate Kit Kat's for the black keys and they worked great.

I never knew what the inside of a piano looked like until this project.  I piped the stings. The lid is not cake, its a cake board covered in icing. I was scared that with cake it would of been way to heavy.

QR Code

This was a challenge! When I decided to do this cake, I could not find anyone who was piped a QR code and had it work, but this one is scan able and will take you to cardinal tracking in lewisville Tx. Its 4 8inch square pans. 2 are chocolate ans 2 are vanilla. It took me all day to pull this cake off. Before I could add the chocolate piping I had to grid the whole cake.Then I marked each square that had to be black. Then one by one I started to fill them in. You have to get it just right to be scan able.
