Pac- Man Rc CAKE

So, At the office my man sent out an email, asking everyone what type of thing would they like to see in a cake. We got some amazing ideas. My favor tho was the idea to have a cake take was powered by a remote control.
And
Here's what I came up with! RC Pac-Man.

Here's a Video Abby and I made of Pac-Man roll'n around.

I will be taking a better picture of the Game Screen Cake before Delivery. This pic. is not the greatest.
It will half vanilla half chocolate with chocolate buttercream.

How to make The Jameson Cupcakes

Mix up your favored white cake (you can use a box cake, if you like) then add 1 cup Irish Whiskey.
( sorry I can't give out my white cake info.)

For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
2 teaspoons Irish whiskey

Use 1M tip to cut out the centers in cupcakes and fill with Whiskey Ganache.

Whiskey Icing:

2 cups Powder sugar ( sifted)
3 Tablespoons Whiskey
8 oz cream cheese
Cream butter and cream cheese, then add everything else.

Butterflies and Roses

I will start with the center of yummyness! The cake is Strawberry. I used the Wilton sports ball pan. Then I made cream cheese icing and made rosets all over it. The blue dots are super balls.

The butterflies are colored gum past along with the blossoms.

To top this cute little cake off, I placed it on top of a spinning cake stand that also sings Happy Birthday!
