I must say if you have never made an Italian cream cake you should. It is so so good and not as hard to make as I thought. For this one I added sweet cream to my buttercream and all I can say is wow.
This one is ordered for a Firefighter at the lewisville Fire Dept. I took the design from a cake I found that was done it all fondate.
